What we're seeing
At PS 14, chronic absenteeism has risen 20% over the 5-year window — from 45.7% in 2015 to 54.7% in 2020. Despite that, the gap vs US average of ~28% has actually widened — from 17.7% above in 2015 to 26.7% above in 2020.
