What we're seeing
At PS/MS 29 MELROSE, chronic absenteeism has risen 16% over the 5-year window — from 46.9% in 2015 to 54.5% in 2020. Despite that, the gap vs US average of ~28% has actually widened — from 18.9% above in 2015 to 26.5% above in 2020.
