At YOUNG LEADERS ELEMENTARY, chronic absenteeism has fallen 2% over the 5-year window — from 47.3% in 2015 to 46.5% in 2020. The gap vs US average of ~28% has narrowed — from 19.3% above in 2015 to 18.5% above in 2020.
