At PS 55 MAURE, chronic absenteeism has fallen 96% over the 5-year window — from 27.3% in 2015 to 1.2% in 2020. Despite that, the gap vs US average of ~28% has actually widened — from 0.7% below in 2015 to 26.8% below in 2020.
