At BRAZOS CO JUVENILE DETENTION CENTER, the student:teacher ratio has risen 2% over the 5-year window — from 5.7:1 in 2020 to 5.8:1 in 2024. The gap vs US average of 15.4:1 is roughly flat (~9.6:1 below).
