What we're seeing
At ESSENCE PREPARATORY CHARTER, the student:teacher ratio has risen 94% over the 5-year window — from 9.4:1 in 2022 to 18.2:1 in 2024. The gap vs US average of 15.4:1 has narrowed — from 6.0:1 above in 2022 to 2.8:1 above in 2024.
