What we're seeing
At PS 154, chronic absenteeism has fallen 4% over the 5-year window — from 21.6% in 2015 to 20.8% in 2020. Despite that, the gap vs US average of ~28% has actually widened — from 6.4% below in 2015 to 7.2% below in 2020.
