At PS 29 BARDWELL, chronic absenteeism has fallen 13% over the 5-year window — from 19.4% in 2015 to 16.8% in 2020. Despite that, the gap vs US average of ~28% has actually widened — from 8.6% below in 2015 to 11.2% below in 2020.
